The Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) - is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing across the UK mortgage sector. Bringing together lenders, distributors, networks, advisers and industry partners, MIMHC promotes collaboration, education and practical action to create healthier, more supportive workplaces. Through annual industry research, Mental Health First Aider training, fundraising initiatives, events and the sharing of best practice, MIMHC provides organisations with the tools and resources to foster positive workplace cultures. Its mission is simple: to help make mental wellbeing an everyday priority, reduce stigma and ensure everyone working within the mortgage industry has access to meaningful support, enabling individuals and businesses to thrive both professionally and personally.
