Joshua Elash is a founding director of MT Finance, where he is broadly responsible for developing the company’s overarching strategic growth plans and oversees the underwriting process.
A University College London alumnus and qualified New York State Attorney, he began his career with National Westminster before practicing law, specialising in commercial contracts, real estate, and finance. In 2007, Joshua joined Endurance Real Estate Fund where he collaborated with some of Europe’s largest institutional investors.
